Insula Labs provides code review and consultation services, including security audits and recommendations for AI-generated or vibe-coded software. While we strive to deliver accurate and thorough services, the following terms apply:

1. No Guarantee of Security: Our services aim to identify potential vulnerabilities and provide recommendations based on industry best practices. However, we do not guarantee that reviewed code or software will be free from defects, vulnerabilities, or security issues.

2. Limitation of Liability: Insula Labs, its employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use of, or reliance on, our code reviews, consultations, or recommendations. This includes, but is not limited to, security breaches, data loss, financial losses, or third-party claims.

3. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations, testing software, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards. Insula Labs does not assume responsibility for the deployment, maintenance, or operation of client software.

4. As-Is Service: All services are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
