StarLink satellite installation agreement

Insula Labs, LLC and its members shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the installation, operation, maintenance, or use of Starlink satellite equipment at any location. The client acknowledges that all installation and operational risks are assumed by the client, and Insula Labs, LLC is released from any responsibility for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Starlink satellite installation. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Insula Labs, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to or arising from the installation and use of Starlink services.
